Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data is processed when you visit Parks Weather, why, and what your rights are. Last updated on 16 October 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Benicool Srl, Via Camillo Finocchiaro Aprile 31/5B, 16129 Genoa, Italy, VAT IT03032310991, REA GE-528219. For any request about your data, write to info@benicool.it or to our certified email address (PEC) benicool@legalmail.it.

What we collect, and what we don't

This site has no contact form, no newsletter and no user accounts, so we don't ask you for any personal data. We don't use profiling tools or third-party analytics. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so reading a page doesn't send your data to Google or other services.

Technical data

Like every website, our hosting provider records technical data for each visit, such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time and your browser type. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are deleted after a short period, unless they are needed to investigate an attack. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and UK GDPR).

Anonymous visit counts

To know which pages are useful, the site counts page views and clicks on the ticket buttons with a small script of our own. It records only the page, the website you came from, the type of device (phone or computer), the language and the date. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and keeps no IP address or other identifier, so the counts can't be linked to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and UK GDPR).

When you buy a ticket

Our ticket links take you to Tiqets or GetYourGuide. Everything you enter there, including your name, email and payment details, is collected by them, not by us, under their own terms. Links contain a code that tells the partner the purchase came from this site, so that it can pay our commission. We never receive your payment details.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to their processing, or to receive them in a portable format, by writing to info@benicool.it. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it), to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the authority of the country where you live.

Changes to this policy

If we add new services to the site, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
